TJS Group is an 8(a), Economically Disadvantaged Women-Owned, SBA Certified Hubzone, and DC CBE small business that provides a vast array of services and support to federal and commercial entities. Founded  in 2015 by Taelor Salmon, TJS Group provides acquisition, engineering, facilities maintenance, information technology security, project management, soft skills and technical training, music agency support, real estate services and professional services to federal government and commercial agencies. TJS Group is customer and employee focused, seeking to provide not only a solution, but also a resolution to all issues faced by their clientele. Our goal is to ensure that our customer’s needs and expectations are exceeded, and that our team has the qualifications needed to comprehend and successfully complete work assignments
